    1. I need to relocate a foul sewer connection. Can you help?
    If you need to relocate your foul sewer connection, we recommend that you apply for a connection from Irish Water.

    You can find information on this here.

    If you have already made your application, please PM the following details and we will be happy to investigate this for you:

    - Your full name;
    - Your contact number;
    - Your planning application number;
    - The address of the property in question; and
    - Your Irish Water reference number if available

    2. My water from my cold tap is discoloured. What do I do?

    Supply can sometimes become discoloured or cloudy after works occur in an area. If you experience discolouration of supply, we recommend you run your cold, kitchen tap for approximately ten minutes to help alleviate the discolouration.

    We also recommend that you only drink the water from the cold tap once it is completely clear.

    You can find more information on discolouration here

    3. Something is obstructing the path and I think it’s due to Irish Water works. What do I do?

    If your entry way is obstructed due to Irish Water works, please PM the following details and we can investigate this:

    - Your full name
    - Address
    - Contact number; and
    - How long this has occurred

    4. I’m worried about my water quality. What do I do?

    You can check out our water quality page, where we break down the results of water samples taken for your area.

    This can be found here

    If you notice any sediment or taste that you would like investigated, please PM the following details:

    - Name
    - Address; and
    - Contact number

    5. I have hard water. What can I do?
    Hardness is a natural characteristic of much of Ireland's drinking water supply. Hard water contains high levels of natural minerals absorbed from rock and soil. You can see more on water hardness here.
