What would you guys think is an acceptable level of battery degradation for say an 8 year old Toyota hybrid? (Estima import)

Looking at one that's reading 58.50% capacity.

Also along these same lines, anyone ever try reconditioning their hybrid batteries? I see it's quiet popular in the states with the Prius etc.

Or anyone diy replaced cells/rebalanced? (I know the voltages are lethal)
