Stitched wound re opened

My darling beagle girl had two lipomas removed ten days ago, and had stitches out this morning

She wore her cone, and incisions looked closed and healed, vet made no comment when stitches came out, but this afternoon my daughter noticed blood on her bed, and one wound has completely opened, and it's deep.

Have taken her back to vet, they need to re stitch and because it's late they want to keep her overnight.

Now I didn't ask because obviously it needs to be tended to, but what is the likelihood that they will charge me for this. My insurance will not cover any of the original expense because the lipomas are excluded from cover.

Picked her up and no mention of a cost, so all good.
