    My elderly mother has has no water supply for a number of months. She was previously on a group water scheme that has run dry. It took some time to gather the information required to make an application to Irish Water (maps, drawings etc) but she submitted about 6 weeks ago. I've emailed and been told its with the technical team. Is there any way of speeding up this process in critical cases like this?
