Opel Astra 2010, Opel diagnostic tool needed Dublin

    Hello,
    I have an Opel Astra, that will not start,

    I had a mechanic out to look at it. The battery tested fine. He bypassed the ignition by running a cable from the battery to the starting motor.

    There was an error message to do with the key.
    Key cloning company came out and cloned the key and confirmed the key was giving off the correct signal. He cloned the key anyway and we got the same issue.

    Spoke to the local Sandyford Opel Garage and they advised that they no longer have the Opel diagnostic machine anymore and would have to go to Liffy Valley. I live off Exit 15 of the M50. Does anyone know a garage out this way with an Opel Diagnostic tool?
