Has anyone any experience with this product below for sound insulation on a wall? Or any other recommendations of products to use?

I have a new build semi-detached house so sound insulation should be good. House is timber frame construction. I am planning to put decorative wooden wall panels on the bedroom wall that is shared with adjoining property - so I want to put some extra sound insulation up before I put the wall paneling on. It will save me ripping down the wall paneling at a later point if I find I want more noise insulation.

The neighboring property's bathroom & en-suite backs on to this wall and I would see that as the main source of noise to cancel out e.g. toilets flushing, showers on, doors closing.
