Hi I need a vegan/ vegetarian cook for my new Mindfulness retreat centre in Coolaney, Co.Sligo The work is on an occasional basis. Some weekends, and some week long courses. Accommodation is provided.

It'd probably make more sense just to have it completely vegan with as all vegan food suits vegetarians (and everyone else) too, and you could lose potential customers if it's only vegetarian food.
