Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you can help me with this. I submitted all the documents two months ago to apply for stamp 4. I am married to a Spanish citizen, we got married here in Ireland. My study visa expired a month ago but I am still studying as a PhD student.

Should I wait for the confirmation mail to get my passport stamped or do I go to INIS to ask for a stamp? I don't know what to do.

You will have to wait to get the temporary stamp 4 letter before registering. They wont register you without that letter. I would write back to EU Treaty Rights Section INIS in the next few weeks asking for that letter if you dont get it soon
