New Account - teething issues

    Hi Team,

    We recently put in an order (dated 16/10/2018), our broadband was installed and is working fine but we have been unable to use the landline.
    When I check online, via the my eir dashboard the order status is still pending. Can anyone here help please?

    I would recommend contacting our customer care team on 1901 in order to see why this has not completed.
