Seems the officials have started to pick up England's infringements. Wouldn't be surprised if we do see a yellow for England in the second half as pressure comes on from NZ...

its a professional foul in its perfect form. " leave it" " leave it" . Picks it up anyway.

Literally took the 3 is better than 7 approach.

Sit him for ten mins ref. Cowardly

Crottu has been excellent since coming on. Think England tiring has something to do with it, but it's noticeable that he's making a lot of metres in the carry.

He is a yard quicker over the first ten and just makes better decisions. Its one of those games where if you win the contact you will slide the extra few anyway. SBW grubbering and offloading to static people beside him doesn't help.

As opposed to the old Jordan Larmour?

McKenzie is older than Larmour too which makes it more strange, in a way.
    That's the joke

Meh. Incredible dumb penalty alright, and if it was at the end of a few penalties in a row, yes. But a yellow would have been very harsh in the context of play up to that point.

That was a **** pass to Savea

Overhead angle made it look like Wilson got a hand to that pass... Would love to see another replay...

Barrett was unbelievable against Sinkler, then makes second tackle, then up to pressure Farrells kick.

Stupid from Sinkler. Holding someone down so obviously is gonna get you in unnecessary trouble.

I expect no ref commentary in the next Ireland match thread.

England should have flooded the blindside there, made it look like the centres were joining the maul.

Every single post you’ve made has been whining about the referee. It’s pathetic

He’s giving decisions against NZ, don’t be silly of course he isn’t.

Stuart Barnes is insufferable. Completely OTT because Farrell made a hard but fair tackle this week.

In fairness he was very quick to criticize him last week.

Change the record. Garces has been fine, by and large. England got away with some defensive infringements in the first half, but officials wised up by end of half. Game has flowed well, with no real shockers from ref or assistants.

That lineout was a knock on because black slapped whites arm away as catching ball.
Anyone else see a penalty to white there?

    That's not a dummy throw.

He stopped moving backwards very briefly but didn't move forward to fake a throw.

Not one English player retreated of Daly’s kick

Itoje was all over that on the floor. Laughable

For all his first half heroics, Underhill has been anonymous this half.

Ben Youngs is getting no distance from his clearing box kicks, really putting pressure on his team

How many in their own 22 are they allowed?

Presumably Carter's kicking averages were a good bit above Barrets? I'd have thought he'd be pulling the international average up , not down. Might make th4 difference in the wc for a close game . Might give a team an edge of hope.
