My friend was involved in a RTA nearly 2 years ago. She was rear ended at a high speed, she has her case going to the high court. I am just wondering because she is stressing, if the other side admit liability and its in the high court, does her legal costs be automatically covered and how much roughly of a pay day is her solicitor/ senior counsel looking at? Legal fee total i mean, give or take a few €

Your friend should discuss these matters with her own solicitor
