Hi, I'm wondering if anyone would have information.. I received fis and have been doin so the past few years.. My account was up for renewal and I sent back everything and got my letter stating it was awarded and would be in my account 13th Sept, there has been no payment sent to my account... tried ringing them and will…

Yeah it happened to me but I rang them the day it was due and someone had forgotten to set it up
