Residential well fracking

Help, we are building a house and we drilled to 300ft with very little water. The well driller says he is confident fracking will work. The well is about 10 meters from the house. Is there any chance the fracking will damage the foundations of the house?

What does Your structural engineer say?

He wants to talk to the well guy to see what is involved. But I was hoping for someone else’s experience in case the engineer is somewhat ‘on the fence’

contact a house insurance company and ask them what they will require in terms of documentation to insure the house, with well fracking happening 10m away.
