Importing a car-van from the UK/NI

    Ok this has been asked before regarding the VRT, my question is on VAT.
    I want to import a car-van form the UK.
    I am not VAT registered.
    Can I still get the UK seller to sell it to me at zero VAT rate?
    Is VAT then due on the car when it lands here?
    If so at what rate?
    Is there anyone who will source and import the car-van for me to (I have heard of ones doing this for cars and it would save me hassle)
