Hello,

I am having my interview soon and it is competency based interview. I am a bit aware of what it is, but I don't fully understand.

Could anybody tell me how I can prepare for this type of interview? As I never had this type of interview before.

By the way I did not know where should I post it as I couldn't find appropriate topic. Hope you can help me there.

Look to the job advert for clues like if it says good communicator think of questions like , tell us about a time you had to convey an idea to someone who wasn't an expert in your field, or a time you had to confront a colleague about x, y or z.
