I've lost 5 at one since last year . I was 23.5 at one so I want to.lose 5 more. To get the first 5 off I focused on walking as the only form of exercise . I've lifted before so I have a good frame and will look very good when I have all this weight off just wondering if 1 exercise per body part is enough. Example

    Chest - incline db press
    Back - pull ups
    Triceps - Db overhead extension
    Biceps - Barbell curl
    Quads-Barbell squat
    Hams-Stiff legged dead lift

The only exception to the above is for shoulders. Planing to 3 exercises because of how the shoulder is designed. Seated db press . Side Raise and bent over raise

I doubt there's anywhere near enough volume.

Then mention volume and frequency thereof.

    23.5 at one?

I've no idea what you are saying there. Looks like maybe a st typo for stone, but the "at one" part is throwing me.

So you are 18.5 stone now and want to get to 13.5 stone?
In that case, diet is much more important than the specific exercises you do in the gym.

1 exercise (especially with volume) is going to be better than just walking but can't figure out why you'd want to limit yourself?

All in the one workout? How many times a week? Sets and reps?

You don’t need 3 exercises for your shoulders and one for your back.

    I’d suggest:

    Upper body:
    Horizontal pull: e.g. barbell rows
    Horizontal push: DB bench press
    Vertical pull: pull ups
    Vertical push: DB shoulder press.

    Lower body:
    Push: squat
    Pull: deadlift variation

    Vanity exercises:
    Curls and triceps push downs.

Your various delta are getting worked in the upper pushing and pulling. The vanity exercises are optional as your arms are working in the pushing and pulling, but everyone is going to want to do arm work so I added them in.
