TUPE help, change to employment

    Hi all,

    Can anyone help clarify something with TUPE, I’ve transferred over to new management as the company was sold. I was told under tupe that my terms and conditions couldn’t change for a year. So far my working hours have been extended by about 10 hours a week (I can work up to 60 hours now, contracted 40 but would normally have done 50 ) and my expenses have been cut . I had a company credit card and was allowed get my lunch every day as I travel for work , the lunch thing isn’t in my contract but I’ve been getting it the last 3 years , should this not remain the same until tupe expires? Any help and advice greatly appreciated
