Am in the process of ordering glasses online. Should I go with dual or single readings ? I had my new prescription with PD's : R 36.8. L 34.2. Is this difference unusual or more likely inaccurate ?

You can check your own PD using a ruler and by taking a photo. Some of the online specs details give the average PD so you can check yours against it.
