Temporarily Imprisoned today in the bank

I walked into a bank today and got locked between 2 glass doors for about 1 minute. For that length of time I was Imprisoned against my will. I'm just wondering if this was illegal ? and would I have been within my rights if I took out a hammer and tried to smash through the glass ?
