Can someone PLEASE tell me how foreigners are supposed to renew their stamps to stay in Ireland. I've read articles saying it's impossible to book an appointment even booking 3 months in advance. So what are they supposed to do? Book a year in advance? Just show up at burgh quay? I don't understand what they are expected…

That booking an appointment at Burgh Quay only applies to people in Dublin. Down the country you just see the Immigration Officer in the local Garda Station
