    Recently signed up for eir connect on my mobile.
    Was promised eir sport.
    Downloaded app.
    App says my account is not elegible.

    Can you please sort this out ?

    Hi Kyle,

    I have always been registered to myeir...

    This is the first I've been told about registering a device.
    I don't see anything on the dashboard about it apart from a link to check for elegibility that leads off to a page trying to sell me broadband.

    The icon for the app on my phone is green.

    Ohk.. Just changed to the red app I didn't know existed... and it works.
