JSA and being let go in work

    So things aren't going to well in work and it looks like I am not going to be kept on when my 6 month probationary period is up, now i know if you leave voluntarily or get fired for gross misconduct it can be an issue to get JSA but for being let go on probation review is it the same?

    Any information would be appreciated

    Of course I do but in this job it isn't looking good and coming up to xmas I don't want to end up with no payment

    If you are not kept on after the probationary period and this happens through no misconduct of yours (not showing up for work, being late etc.,) then no disqualifying period applies. Always good to look for other work elsewhere before your probationary period is up.
