My club are applying for a sports capital grant to build a ball wall 5m high and 19m wide.

Does anyone know of any instances where such a structure would not require planning permission?

    Thanks

It requires planning and subsequent lodgement of a commencement notice through the BCMS.

A short form without documentation will be sufficient.
