Silly question coming up. Got an anto fog sponge in Lidl yesterday made from 100% sheepskin. Want to use it for cleaning the inside of the windscreen in the mornings if there was condensation on it. However, the car tips state that the sponge should not be washed in water. Wouldn't cleaning the windscreen be almost the same equivolent. I am right in thinking it is for removing condensation and it just needs to be squeezed after use to get rid of excess water.

I think you're supposed to wipe the window when its dry.

But if you have a lot of condensation, you should run the a/c all the time.. or check for a leak... or both.

You shouldn't need to squeeze it really. Will it fit snugly over a vent at the front of the dash where it will dry out easily?

The instruction probably means not to soak it - it may not retain its shape afterwards.

Tip 4 u,get 2 socks and fill 1 with cat litter then the second one and put it over the first one so that the litter doesn't fall out leave it on the dash of the car u will have little or no condensation on the windscreen as the litter will soak it all up
