So I got back to education of 3 years and was told I'd have it for my final year, which is an add on. Got a letter before the summer saying to hand in registration, which I did, they got confused because the page said 3 instead of 4, I explain it to them, they say thats fine theyll sort it. Last week I got a letter saying I was provisionally accepted, and they asked for the my registration again and said something about repeating (never came up before and this time its another persons name on the letter), I sent the reg in again with a letter explaining what i'd explained to the last person.

At this point I'm irritated, but think its just the usual bureaucratic drama, then at 8.05 this morning (saturday) I got a message saying I have to sign on on tuesday...

Does anyone know if they do this on purpose to cause as much trauma as possible? it's just to much to be the usual effort.

Do you honestly think that state employees are instructed by their supervisors to inflict deliberate stress and anxiety on customers? And that the employees would actually do this? Where do you think you are? N Korea?
“They got confused”. You put it down as a 3 year course instead of a 4 year course. Your/your colleges mistake but somehow now your “traumatized” because this has caused confusion? Ludicrous is the only word that comes to mind.
