How difficult is to get a job as a waiter?

Hello. Currently I live in Dublin with my wife,and considering to get a mortgage in Wexford town,as the properties are cheaper there.I was wondering if anyone knows what is the situation with full time waiter jobs in and around Wexford town.How difficult is to get a job? Have a car so driving wont be a problem. Thank you
