    Was he in fact a vexatious litigant or was he in the right?

    Given that the Sweepstakes was a long running criminal conspiracy and the established fact that Joe McGrath used his fortune to corrupt elements of the police can we be certain that the courts of the time were not similarly corrupt?

    Wunder's arguments were vexatious nonsense. That doesn't affect nor is affected by the other problems the Sweeps had
