The language of presidential election

    "He's a good man", "he's a kind man". "He's prouid"

All these BS vague statements on why you should vote for candidate X in the presidential election.

What has he done? What will he do? Specifically? Why is this not being asked? Is it because the answer is nothing?

Fair points but a lot of this goes back deeper to the useless nature of the office itself.

No media discussing that though. It is sacrosanct. "If England has a monarch that does nothing but sign off symbolically we should have a president doing same" mentality.

I reckon Dev set it up as a retirement role for himself and put in Douglas H to keep it warm for him.
