Got a letter to say I'd signed something and that I was excused from doing Y for a period as a result.

Now I expressly didn't sign what one organisation is telling me I signed; they received the information I did from another organisation.

The other organisation benefit financially from me signing something either individually or per say, 10 or every 15-20 signatures gained; I gain or lose nothing.

The only people who gain are possibly the individual who is looking after me and the company s/he works for as they get a stipend from a State Dept.

So is this fraud (in which case I might pursue it further with AGS or Data Commissioner) and/or potential forgery?

I've proof I didn't sign the document in that I have my copy and neither my nor the assistants names're on it, not dated etc.

Could you give more detail here, pls?
Why is someone looking after you?

Is this one of those threads about those companies that hassle people on the dole? Seetec or something?

See McGaggs reply; had to be vague initially.

From what you've said, and it isn't much. Its not a data protection issue.

Nobody else can sign your name.

It is fraudulent use of your signature.

Yes; it is. Not Seetec; the other crowd.

Am considering going to AGS or Data Commissioner; currently unsure what route to go or even if it is fraud?

The Dept. of Social Protection would be losing out and if this is widespread, relatively speaking then there'd be a serious issue on behalf of the company involved.

In my case my name may've been forged; in the DSP case it may be being defrauded as a fee accrues per PPP (Personal Progression Plan).

It's surely fraudulent to forge your name in the manner mentioned if that is what has happened.
