Going to buy a 4 ft tine grab to feed bales and eventually pit silage. Anyone any advice on which brands and how much. Am thinking of the 4 ft Rossmore. Any opinions always welcome. I've Eurohitch attachment. Thanks

I think I’d stick with a tine fork and go for a sheargrab when you have pit silage.

No. Something fairly simple. might get a shear grab when I need it but a silage grab is handy for other jobs as well.

JJ Mahoney grab here, very strong and heavy, dunno what the smaller ones are like but maybe too heavy for a tractor loader

3 rossmores here no problem..you don't need them extra heavy either as the silage is heavy enough..I personally wouldn't be without a tine grab first option. Shear grab great for pit silage but useless round bales and other jobs.. find our very old time grab stays in use all summer clearing limbs of trees etc. However the shear grabs are only good for pit silage useless for general gunthering
