What are people's thoughts on banagher s dairy slats? I had original ordered them but now I'm not so sure, especially after seeing how rough they are and the rep said that cattle won't lie on them. I'm putting in a tank in front of an existing shed. Existing shed will be used as a lie back. Will feed off the slats. Won't roof over the tank now but will leave it that I can in the future.

If you're not going to have the stock lying up on them then I can't really see the problem.
There's probably posters on here that had to cut grooves into their slats to get a bit of grip and your worried that they could be too rough. That said I haven't seen the slats you're on about so I don't know how rough they are.
Concrete always smooths out and wears down over time anyway.

I've Drumderry slats myself but felt sorry for ya to give you a bit of a reply. ;):)
