Went to look at a 2006 camper van this morning, lovely van but the shower tray is cracked and I am wondering would there be a danger of showering, it then leaking through and rotting underneath ?
Went under it but looked perfect.

You would want to check that the water hasn't already leaked in and done damage, you might want to get a professional to do a damp check on that 'van, its very easy to miss something that might cost a lot to rectify at a later date.
If it has damp it may be repairable at a price.
Tread carefully many aspiring campers have bought what they thought was a good van only to find that water has rotted it and fixing it can ruin next years holiday budget.
