    Hoping someone can advise me. We are looking to sell our house and buy a slightly larger one.
    We have approval in principle from the bank, need equity from our current house as part of deposit in addition to savings.
    Do we need to wait until we accept an offer on our current house before making an offer on another house?

    Yes, if you're relying on equity in what you're selling you wont get final proof of funds until you have an offer in
