Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Personally I'd like to see a world where the parents of bullies are sued rather than the School. It might encourage some parenting.

But the school owes your child a duty of care in a way that the parents of other children do not.

I'm curious about that. If the school can show to me that my child is bullying another child via a smartphone (not to be fixated on this but just curious) I pay for and I do nothing, I think it could be argued I am not meeting a responsibility I should bear, tbh. I can't see any court being impressed by my actions, but does it extend to a duty to act I'm not sure.
