Changing from felt roof to a non felt roof.

    I want to replace the felt roof that we have on our house to something else and I'm not sure what to go with. I've heard that there can be a lot of problems with metal roofs, not sure if that's true or just a myth. It's a low pitched roof on a terraced house and I'm just hoping someone can offers some advice/suggestions on alternatives. Thanks in advance.

    House, shed, garage, apartments?
    Where is this roof?
    Are you detached, in a terrace, semi D etc?
