    what is a 1995 defender 90 diesel with canopy worth, has 116k miles and few slight dints but chassis is very good

    Don't just take one internet guy's opinions as the truth.

    Compare on carzone, adverts.ie and donedeal for the year and mileage and see what they ask there.

    At the end of the day the Q is - do you feel ok paying that price for that particular car?
    If you do then go ahead and buy it anyway.

    It probably depends on many things, condition of the chassis, bulkhead, outriggers.
    Certainly don't forget the doors, they're not cheap to replace and have an awful tendency to rot at the bottoms.

    if it's in overall good condition I don't think 4.5 is that unreasonable to be honest, chances are he'll get it I'd say.

    thanks, tried donedeal and all different prices, i hoped maybe to make a bit of profit on it
