    Hi all,
We changed over recently. Our wifi reception is good and we can use multiple devices such as tables and phones but netflix has dropped off and all I can get is the "NW-1-9" error code. Has anyone any suggestions on how to fix this?

    regards

You don't say how are you accessing Netflix, is it on smart tv, if so say make, have you tried a lan cable connection, Netflix on wi fi can be iffy. Say a bit more. That VF router may need a specific setting to allow Netflix.

Can you quote the model number of router and when I put your error into google I got error 1-19 but nothing on 1-9.

What speeds are you getting on wi fi near the Netflix location.

    hi there
correct, that should be 1-19. Typo.....the TV is an LG. Router is a HG 658c unit.......I'll check to see if anyone plugged out a cable.

So, I switched off the router, waited for a minute, switched it back on and went to check the telly. Netflix wanted me to type in the email addy and password. Done.back to normal.
