In general do people use the Drivers Theory Book or the CD? There is a combo pack from DTT available, would both be useful?

The CD and Rules of the road book. Cheapest and best combo. Read and learn the ROTR from the book. Simply doing test after test is counterproductive. Often questions that come regularly in practice don’t come up in the actual exam.

Check your local library, it should have the book and CD.
