Victoria Plum - any experiences?

Has anyone ordered anything from UK online company Victoria Plum?

They’ve a lovely standalone period style bath that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Would love to purchase it.

Their Trustpilot reviews are questionable..all seem to be written in the same style. Other forums suggest the company aren’t great to deal with. Anyone any experience of dealing with them?

I bought 2 pallets worth of stuff from them about 3 years ago. Everything arrived in perfect order.

I had same concerns as you after reading a few bad online reviews but I guess if big place like them sell a lot there is always some small percent of orders that go wrong and angry people are far more likely to go online and complain. Majority of people with good orders just move on and are very unlikely to go online to say how good the seller was.

I don't know now but at the time the prices were so much better than here. Same stuff that I paid 3k euro would cost me 5k locally. I would definitely recommend them.
