This might be a stupid question but if I ring up to get a driving test from the cancellations and they offer me one but the time/ day won't work for me can I decline? And is there a limit to how many times I can say "no I won't be available on that day" (due to mandatory attendance in some of my college classes) before my…

This might be a stupid question but if I ring up to get a driving test from the cancellations and they offer me one but the time/ day won't work for me can I decline?
And is there a limit to how many times I can say "no I won't be available on that day" (due to mandatory attendance in some of my college classes) before my application is canceled and I have to reapply.

Yes, you can say no to a time if they offer you it on the phone. However, if you accept a cancellation and then decide to cancel later on, I believe you'll lose your fee. So, be 100% you're confirming to them you're taking the slot.
