Power Rack advice

    Hi all,
I'm looking at getting a power rack for my garage. It's won't hav more than 150kg on it at any time and will be used for pull ups and trx also. My main issue is I only have a budget of 250-300 so I'm wondering would I be better getting a cheap rack like this http://www.adverts.ie/14814939 or a more sturdy looking half rack like this http://www.bmacstrength.co.uk/deluxe-cross-fit-rack-max-load-300kg/
The second one looks better and can be bolted to the ground but I'm just wondering is there a disadvantage to not getting a full rack?
    Any help would be appreciated.
