No water AGAIN !!!!

This is the second time in this month that you have let our reservoir run dry and as a result we won't have water for at least 3 days. I know you posted a "water restriction" on the website but it's one thing to restrict water and quite another to allow the Corkscrew Hill Gragan reservoir run dry!!!
