Why do they make them so complicated and complex. must take at least 3-4 minutes on every number I call to get through all the waffle before you can even start to get directed to an agent. 2 calls this morning, first one was a 2 minute conversation. call took 19:47 second one in fairness was a bit quicker 1 minute…

2 calls this morning, first one was a 2 minute conversation. call took 19:47

second one in fairness was a bit quicker 1 minute conversation but the call still took 6:10 - -and this time I didn't have to hold for more than about 30 seconds
