I’ve heard that there is going to be a 50 cent charge on bus trips for anyone who holds a free travel pass. Is that the case? If so, who do I complain to.

I hadn't heard about it, but to be honest I could not get worked up about it! Provided its not a 'first step' I think 50c is not unreasonable.
