Working family payment Aka. Family income supplement

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has recently applied for the working family payment Aka family income supplement? Would you be able to tell me the turnaround time from when you sent in the application to when you heard back about it? I'm waiting just over 4 weeks but heard if could be 5 or 6 weeks. I’ll be waiting 8 weeks on wed, well 8 weeks since they received my application, 9 weeks since I posted it.

Hi, sorry only seeing your post now. Yeah I got money on 15th Oct. It was backdated to the first Thursday after I started new job. Hope you get sorted soon.

My application was received 23rd August. Still no payments or letter revieved. Rang them a couple of times and they just keep saying I'll hear within the next two weeks. I'll let you know when I do hear back so then you'll know you'll be next.

They are still saying working on week 18 august......just hatenot knowing, i know if its approved its backdated vut its a long time to be waiting on it

I rang last week and told me they are working on 2o Sept received my form 18 October.

I've been rining every week for last 5 or 6 weeks, all consistently moved slowly forward. One week it only moved forward 2 days.

You've a good wait ahead of you for sure

I rang yesterday they said they are on the 24th of September my application was received the 16 he said it will be another 3 to 4 weeks
