Does anyone know which of these is better - spec, value etc?

Look at the Opel Combo too, it’s the same van.

I’d say there’s nothing for nothing, any extra cost will have something to justify it.

not same. interiors different, rifter has slightly more storage, less driver leg room, and a small sized steering wheel with different dashs (rifters speedometer panel sits higher than normal)..also vechicle height is slightly different between them (peugeot rifter....citreon berlingo...opel combo).
but without looking too close, they are similar....personally i think citreon has nicer body look but rifter is nicer inside (although left leg could be hampered when driving a bit)
