    Hi there,
    There appears to be an issue sending security codes. I've been waiting over an hour for a new beneficiary code to be texted to me. Your phone line states there are delays issuing codes. I need to send a payment urgently. Can you give me an update please

    I've checked this and there was a delay with the codes earlier this afternoon but they are now delivering as normal.

    Had the issue yesterday, just tried again now and no code has come through as yet :(

    I've just checked it there and the issue is resolved here.

    Can I ask you to enter the code in incorrectly 3 times so it triggers out a new text?

    You should be able to receive this.
