Best Calisthenics book around at the mo?

    Looking for something to help with progressions from a moderate level baseline (i.e. still working on full planche). Not looking for vid/blog posts links.

    Any recommendations would be great if you have them, thanks :)

    Yep that is exactly what I was about to say overcoming gravity volume 2 is hands down the best book out there. Good luck chasing the planche its a serious feat to achieve and takes many years of hard work.

    It's a present for my boyfriend - he's not far off it but at a sticking point so I thought this might help :)

    I got it on Amazon, couldn't find it on book dep either myself. It's free delivery though (even without parcel motel) - here's the link.

    Steven Low is the author. Yeah its an amazing book haha yeah I feel the same with the Planche

    Dan from fitness FAQs has a very good looking program out for the planche now too. A guy as tall as him getting it is a huge achievement too.
