Hi I've recently been placed on a panel for a job in the civil service, I have been notified buy the public appointments service of this

my question is how do they work ?

if you refuse a position are you off the panel ?

if your down the list do you move up the panel every time someone refuses or takes a possition ?

    Yes.

Correct. Well, to be pedantic, the list moves down, but it is the same net result.
