Empty mountjoy prison and make it a controlled rough sleeping unit,
before the winter hits, as an emergency measure,

Let all the criminals go back to tallaght on TR

You do know that each winter there is always enough emergency beds to accommodate every rough sleeper?

Some choose not to accept the offer of one though.

Lads in Mountjoy would be happy to do their bit for the homeless!!

They've shared cells in the Joy so there'd be the same issues. It's the person who brings the needles into the other places fault not the buildings or the staff.
